Newsletter Campaigns
Beyond social and the storefront, I owned email — launch newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated sequences for a growing customer list, including the less glamorous but critical work of domain warming and deliverability.

The Challenge
A growing list with no system behind it.
Fine Rituals had a growing customer list and no consistent way to reach it. Email existed, but inconsistently — no automated flows, no clear deliverability strategy, and newsletters sent ad hoc rather than as part of a repeatable system. A newer sending domain also meant sender reputation had to be built from scratch before any campaign could reliably land in the inbox at all.
My Approach
Building the channel, not just the campaigns.
-
Domain warming & deliverability — A structured warm-up schedule and sending practices to build sender reputation before scaling volume.
-
Automated sequences — Recurring customer flows (welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement) that ran without a manual send every time.
-
Launch & promotional campaigns — Newsletters for product launches and promotions, each kept on-brand for its specific product category.
-
List growth — Campaigns aimed specifically at growing the subscriber base and audience quality, not just individual sends.
The Outcome
Email as a reliable channel, not an afterthought.
Email became a repeatable, functioning channel — a warmed sending domain, working automated sequences, and a steady cadence of on-brand campaigns supporting launches and promotions across the catalogue.
